Outpost Lentil Burgers

We took a somewhat easy way out of last Thursday's dinner and bought Greek lentil burgers from Outpost. Even though we didn't actually make them, they were really tasty and easy to make. Unfortunately, since we made them almost a week ago, I can't remember what was all in the burgers, other than, of course, lentils.
We just heated them up in a skillet with a bit of cooking spray. We cooked them for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they were heated through. We topped with a bit of feta.

For sides, we had corn on the cob from the CSA box as well as sauteed blue potatoes my friend Sun gave me from her dad's garden. They were really good. We just sauteed them in a bit of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Yum!
